Cancellation Policy

For Standard HPDE, TT, or Racing entries: You can cancel up to one week ( 7 days) before the start of the event and get a full refund (less a $50 processing fee). Cancellations received up to 72 hours (3 days) in advance of the first day of the event will result in a credit applied towards another event. Credits are only valid for one year then purged from the system. Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the first day of the event are issued NO credit. Events are held rain or shine. If the track calls the event off due to unsafe track conditions everyone will be issued a credit.

The Toyota GR HPDE: Cancellation policy requires a minimum of 14-days notice before your scheduled event. If for any reason you are unable to attend, please send us an email at or call us at 844-477-8772. You will forfeit your complimentary track day if we do not hear from you 14-days prior to your event. Regretfully, we cannot make any exceptions to this policy. Please know that NASA events do not cancel due to rain.
