[whohit]All Testimonials[/whohit]

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for running such a great organization.

I did a few HPDEs with NASANE way back in 2004 and then life got in the way and I could not get back for 10 years. My first time back was at Pocono two weeks ago and I came out again this Saturday at NJMP. Both events were as well run and organized as I remembered. I had Gary as my instructor at Pocono and Andrew at NJMP and both were great. They were friendly, and helpful without coming across as intimidating or condescending to a newbie in HPDE 1 just putt putting around in his Mini Cooper. I am trying to make arrangements now to see if I can join you for Watkins Glen and I hope to do even more events next year.

I am sure it takes a tremendous amount of time and effort to put these events on, so I just wanted to thank you for doing it so well. Hope to see you out there again soon. Thank you.
Warm regards,

Joe Kucinski

Another great HPDE 1 event weekend

Thank you for another great HPDE 1 event weekend. The Southeast Infield track was unbelievably fun! Hopefully you with run that configuration again, if not this year, then definitely a must do next year. Also many thanks for working out a good schedule for all after the Saturday morning fog. I’m sure it wasn’t an easy task. See you at the Glen in September.

“I learned a lot and I really appreciate it”.

Dr. Enrique Guttin,

I was in the HPDE 1 group at NJMP last weekend, the old guy with the black Mustang GT. I wanted to thank you for all that you did during the weekend, I learned a lot and I really appreciate it. It takes a tremendous effort to put on an event of that magnitude. In addition you spend most of your day in the classroom trying to get through to hardheads like me. I am glad you are willing to do this and that I can benefit from your wisdom.

I was also at the NJMP weekend in early August. There I found my brakes were inadequate for the heavy car I am driving. I spent a lot of time and money upgrading the braking system and was pleased with what I found last weekend. The car really stopped well, so well that I had trouble trying to figure out when to brake coming off the long straight but I think that is a good thing. Now I have to figure out where to put the next pile of money.

Best Regards,
-Jack Zupan

Thanks Jack for your kind words, we all do this for the passion of the sport, and few things compare when I see the aha! Moment in someone’s eyes, been teaching for 30 plus years and still enjoy it, be it surgery or car driving.

…a great group…

Hello Joe,

Just a quick note to thank you for a wonderful day at the track. The organization, the members, the staff…. you have a great group, and it was worth coming up from Florida. The highlight of my annual vacation north. Jan also really enjoyed being able to go out on track with me and wants to again. I’ve told her that next year I would gladly register her to share my car so she can enjoy it even more.

Thanks so much Joe. We shall see you again,

-Phil Dinizo

Thank You!

Joe,
I had a great time Saturday on Lightening! I wanted to say thanks for the organization and logistics. Well done!

I especially wanted to highlight two people.

My Instructor was Bernie Hover, and he was VERY helpful. I got to ride with him, and greatly benefited from the experience! More importantly though, was his coaching. It was calm, meaningful, and to the point. I left a better and faster driver thanks to him.

As you know, I am an experienced track day driver (including several PDA courses “way back when”). I can solo on several tracks. But, since I was a novice on Lightning, I was in HPDE 1. I wasn’t looking forward to the usual HPDE 1 classroom lecture. But I thoroughly enjoyed, and learned from, Enrique. His delivery held my attention, and his explanations contained new information I found helpful on track.

My compliments to Bernie and Enrique, please.

And thanks again to you and your Team. I will be back (sooner rather than later!).

Happy and safe driving!

-Bruce A. Mather
